Ghost Puppet
Supplies:
Cotton ball
Tissue paper or Kleenex
Rubber band
Felt pen
String
How to:
Put tissue paper or Kleenex over a cotton ball and secure under the cotton ball with a rubber band. Draw eyes on with a felt pen. Tie a string around the neck and take outside to fly. Or, use as a spooky finger puppet by hooking it over finger with a rubber band.
