Supplies:

Blue paint
Large pieces of white paper
Plastic margarine lid
Small Hanukkah cookie cutters (or basic shapes)

How to:

Pour a small amount of paint into margarine lid. Dip cookie cutter into paint, stamp on paper and let dry.
