Modeling Dough
1C very warm water
1C table salt
2C all purpose flour
Mix ingredients together and knead together until smooth. It does better if you cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for a few minutes. Roll dough out and make rolls, pretzels, etc. Brush with egg white and bake at 325 degrees until golden brown.
