Construction paper
Liquid starch
Sand
Weeds
Colorful tissue paper
Scissors
Brushes
How to:
Cut small fish shapes out of tissue paper. Help children brush starch all over construction paper, sprinkle sand at bottom of paper, and shake off excess. Help them place weeds and fish on paper.
