Jello Turkeys

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 (6 oz) or 2 (3 oz) pkg. Jello
2 1/2 cups water

 

Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1 cup cold water. Set aside. Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add gelatin mixture and 1/2 cup cold water. Pour into lightly greased pan and set in refrigerator until solid (about 2 hours). Cut with turkey cookie cutter, store in airtight container in refrigerator.
